Salesforce Lightning Experience

As a market leader in the CRM space, the core Salesforce product has been a mainstay for sales organizations across the world, but it hadn’t been updated in close to 10 years. Lightning Experience is Salesforce, modernized. Our team took a behemoth of a product with an impossibly large legacy and feature footprint, and we designed a brand new user experience, optimized to foster productivity, efficiency, and intelligent decision-making for the user. I worked on the visual design language and provided ongoing visual design direction to the 30+ product designers working on Lightning. I also led all systems design efforts, coordinating with key design leads to ensure consistent interaction and visual design patterns across all feature areas.
